This was done not five minutes' walk from my campsite. Sure, there's no running water or electricity at the Lake Irwin campground, but the sheer wild beauty of the lake and the mountains overwhelms all that. (Besides, there's a coffee shop and a youth hostel in town. Electricity and showers can be had.) Huge rocks, cinquefoil, asters, and clouds looming valleywards...
